I grew up watching people I loved lose their freedom to their own bodies — pain, pills, dependency, decline. Even as a kid I refused to accept that was anyone's destiny. Least of all mine.

In my 20s I looked healthy on the surface. Underneath, I was stacking the habits that quietly age everyone — bad sleep, chronic stress, processed food, unprocessed emotion. So I rebuilt the system from scratch. Four years in, WHOOP puts my biological age at 25.3. My pace of aging went from 1.7x to 0.6x. Not theory. Measured.

I built Barmonk because most coaching stops at workout plans. Real transformation is mind, body, and emotion integrated into one operating system. The people I work with don't just get stronger — they become someone they actually respect.

Trained for 12+ years. 10 years soccer base. Thai boxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu through my 20s. WSWCF-certified calisthenics coach (2018-19), nutrition cert, mobility & movement workshops. Freestanding handstand pushups. Front lever. 1,000-rep mixed workouts. Then I went deep on the mind — Joe Dispenza's neuroscience-of-belief work. Then the emotion — David R. Who is this actually for?

What if I'm out of shape right now?

Good. That's exactly who this is designed for. The 21-Day Reset defaults to bodyweight — no gym required. Gym alternatives are optional upgrades if you want them. The coaching tiers meet you wherever you are and build from there.

How much time does this take per day?

30–45 minutes per day during the 21-Day Reset. One short video lesson, one physical action, one mind-or-emotion rep. Designed to fit into a real life — not replace it.

What makes this different from Huberman, Bryan Johnson, or generic fitness programs?

Huberman gives you free protocols with no structure. Bryan Johnson sells $500/month supplement stacks. Generic fitness programs only touch the body.

Do I need supplements or expensive equipment?

No. The Reset runs on bodyweight and lifestyle changes. If you want, we'll cover basics (creatine, Vitamin D, magnesium) around Day 15–16 as optional upgrades. You don't need a supplement closet to build a biological age in your twenties.

What happens after the 21 days?

You keep the playbook, the eBook, and the system for life. If you want to go deeper, you can step into 1:1 coaching — and past Reset participants get priority access to founding coaching rates.

Is there a refund if I don't finish?

No refunds. This is an intentional commitment model — you're not paying for information, you're paying for the structure that forces you to show up. If you want a no-risk program, this isn't the right one. If you want a program that respects your word, it is.
